Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract position is available for two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) providing specialized services within community-based preschools and daycares. These roles focus on early intervention for children aged 3-5 diagnosed with speech and language impairments.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct speech and language therapy to young children within community settings
- Coordinating services across various preschools and daycare facilities
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reports, with designated time allocated for paperwork each Friday
- Collaborating with educational staff and families to support individual student progress
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Certification (CCC preferred)
- Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification
- Experience working with preschool-age children exhibiting speech and language impairments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and educational teams
Schedule & Location:
- Based in Lititz, PA, serving the broader community
- Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Friday reserved for documentation and administrative tasks
- Contract assignments running from ASAP through June 2026 for one position, and January to June 2026 for the other
